What is our payment policy?  Upon confirmation we will debit your credit card for half of your estimated order.  We require a final count 14 (fourteen) days prior to delivery as well as a confirmation of hotels for hand delivery. 

What is our hand delivery area?  Currently we are offering complimentary hand delivery to the Rutland/Killington and Ludlow/Cavendish areas.  We will deliver to up to 3 locations with no charge. 

Will we ship outside of your delivery area?  Absolutely!  We do charge a small fee for additional packaging, as well as shipping charges.

Do we charge sales tax? Orders delivered or shipped to Vermont addresses will be charged 6% VT Sales Tax.

Will we include personal welcome letters?  Yes, we include those for free!  We do ask that you e-mail your letter in a PDF format (already proofed and formatted), which will be printed on coordinating paper and included in your bag/basket.  If you want to provide a personal letter on custom stationary, please have them sent to us no later than 7 (seven) days before the date of delivery.

Will the basket I order look the same as the pictures on your website? Yes, we are dedicated to using Vermont products whenever possible and all welcome bags.  However, our designs and products occasionally change.   We constantly look for products to create fresh new looks for our bags and baskets and to add value to you. We will always use only the finest gifts, foods and containers. For the most part, your bag or basket will be the same as pictured on our website and will most likely look better than the photos you see here! However, due to availability of products and seasonal differences, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when it becomes necessary.  For example, during warm weather months we may replace the chocolate in your gift selection with brownie, cookies or candy — items that won’t melt!  In the event that the order is placed within our 14 day minimum time frame, we reserve the right to substitute items. 

 Will our prices change?  Our prices are guaranteed through September 1, 2009.
